Rice noodles ( 500g ) | Shredded pork ( 100g ) |
Spinach (A handful) | Green onions (One span> ) |
Garlic sprouts ( Two roots ) | Doubanjiang (a spoonful) |

How to make chicken rice noodles
1.Break the rice noodles in half.

2. Soak in cold water for two hours in advance.

3. Cut the onions and garlic sprouts into sections, and cut the spinach in half.

4. Stir-fry chopped green onion in hot oil.

5. Add shredded pork and stir-fry.

6.Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add a little more garlic sprouts and turn off the heat.

8. Serve out and set aside.

9.Put the soaked rice noodles in cold water into the pot.

10. Add spinach to the rice noodles when they are almost cooked.

Tips
