How to make fresh meat pot stickers

1.Put the flour into a basin and add an appropriate amount of warm water until it is soft and hard.After the dough is done, cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.

2. Stack the pork into minced meat and set aside.

3. Stack green onions into pieces.

4. Add sesame oil to the meat filling, stir clockwise evenly, add cooking oil and thirteen spices , light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, continue to stir in the same direction, then add minced green onions and stir in the same direction.

Tips
1.Add sesame oil first to thicken the meat filling and make it more fragrant.
