How to make pork and green onion pot stickers

1.Pour flour into the basin, divide the flour into two parts in the middle, and use hot (not hot) water first Mix half of the noodles and slowly turn the noodles into a flocculent shape.Use cold water to turn the other half of the noodles into a flocculent shape.Then knead the two halves of the noodles together, cover the lid, and set aside to wake up for a while..Note: The noodles should be slightly soft to make the pot stickers delicious.

Tips
Why is a small leek added to the pot stickers: because some people don’t want to eat leeks , so I added a small sprig of chives to the dumplings, and when the pot stickers were out of the pot, I took the chives out.In this way, I could taste the delicious chives but not eat the chives.
Remarks: When picking leeks, be sure to cut off five centimeters from the roots, because the roots of leeks contain pesticide residues and are not easy to clean.
