How to make stir-fried cold melon

1.Clean a fresh bitter melon.

2. Cut in half.

3.Cut into small portions and remove the white sacs.

4.Then cut into thin slices with a diagonal knife.

5. Heat the oil in the pan, add the sauce and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

6. Add the bitter melon slices and stir-fry together.
