How to make braised noodles with beans and potatoes

1. Dice the potatoes, wash the beans and fold them into two sections, cut the meat into cubes, and shred the onion, ginger and garlic.Mince the chili pepper and set aside.

2.Put the fresh noodles on the plate and set aside.

3. Boil the water over high heat, put the noodles into the pot and steam for five minutes.Steaming noodles makes them more chewy.It doesn’t need to be steamed either.Remove from the pan and spread with chopsticks.Set aside.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up.Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Pour in the diced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.Pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to steam the fish.Stir-fry with soybean oil, salt and five-spice powder.

6.Pour the diced beans and potatoes into the pot and stir-fry for one minute.

7. Pour water into the pot until the water covers the beans and bring to a boil.

8. Put the noodles evenly into the pot, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for fifteen minutes minute.

9.Open the lid and use chopsticks to stir the noodles and vegetables evenly.Sprinkle with red pepper foam and serve.

10.Simple and delicious braised beans and noodles are ready.
