Ingredients
Noodles ( 300g ) | Beans ( 200g ) |

How to make braised beans and noodles

1.After washing the beans, tear off the stems at both ends, and then break them into 3- 4 cm long sections;

2. Pork belly cut into thin slices; hand-rolled noodles bought from supermarkets Shake and spread on a plate;

3. Prepare the peppercorns; peel the garlic and pat it into small pieces Crush the red pepper, remove the stems and cut into slices diagonally; cut the green onion into flowers and set aside; cut the ginger into shreds;

4.Pour appropriate amounts of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, and oyster sauce into a small bowl and set aside.

5. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it to 60% heat;

7.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;

Pour in the beans and stir-fry for a few minutes.When the surface of the beans becomes wilted, pour in the prepared soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.Stir-fry for a few times, pour water to cover the surface of the beans and bring to a boil over high heat.(I forgot to take pictures when adding water)

9. When the soup in the pot is flush with the beans, put the noodles in Spread evenly on the beans; cover the pot and simmer slowly over medium-low heat.After 5 minutes, open and pick with chopsticks, flip the noodles to make the flavor even, then cover the pot and continue simmering.

10. When the water in the pot is almost dry, sprinkle with chicken essence and the remaining minced garlic and mix well That’s it.

11.The delicious braised beans and noodles are out of the pot!
Tips
When simmering noodles, be sure to use medium-low heat to simmer the noodles with the steam generated in the soup.If the fire is too high, the soup will be absorbed quickly and the noodles will not be cooked easily.
