How to make steamed noodles (Henan braised noodles)

Tips
Don't use dry noodles for noodles.Buy fresh noodles, and don't choose ones that are too thick.Ordinary flat noodles are easy to cook.

Dark soy sauce is used for coloring, so it must be added, otherwise the dough will be white and unsightly, but it should not be too much, making it dark and unsightly.
