How to make vegetarian lentil noodles

1.Preparation Remove the tendons from the noodles and lentils, break them into pieces, wash them, and mince the onions and garlic.

2. Heat oil in the pot until it is 70% hot, add minced garlic and half of the minced green onions.Sauté until fragrant.

3.Add in lentils and fry until they turn green.

Tips
