Ingredients

How to make Shanxi Bean Braised Noodles

1.Add an egg, a little salt, and warm water to the flour, knead it into a dough, and let it rest for half the time.After about an hour, add cornstarch and roll into dough, fold and cut into noodles of similar width and thickness according to personal preference

2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add shredded ginger and soy sauce and fry over high heat until it changes color

3.Add the washed and picked green beans, stir-fry together, and cook with a little soy sauce

4.Add aniseed and bay leaves and continue stir-frying

5.Pour in the beans and stir-fried meat of warm water, turn to low heat and simmer until boiling

6.The noodles are neatly fried in green beans.On top of the meat, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes

7. When the soup is almost dry, mix the noodles and stir-fried beans with pork thoroughly, and add some minced garlic

Tips
