Ingredients
Thin noodles ( 400g ) | Pork belly ( 150g ) |
Onion and ginger ( Appropriate amount ) | Garlic moss ( 300g ) |
Soybean sprouts ( 200g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
| Salt ( 4g ) | Five-spice powder ( 2 grams ) |
Aniseed ( ) | Light soy sauce ( ) |
Dark soy sauce ( ) |
How to make braised noodles with garlic moss

1. Steam the noodles for 10 minutes,

2. Cut the green onion into flowers, shred the ginger, slice the meat (marinated with light soy sauce to make the meat taste more tender), cut the garlic into 5cm pieces, and wash the bean sprouts.

3.Put oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and aniseed and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add the meat slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add garlic moss, bean sprouts, sprinkle with salt, five-spice powder and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

6. Pour in water (just over the vegetables) and bring to a boil.

7. Remove the pot and pour the soup into a bowl, leaving 1/3 of the soup at the bottom of the pot.

8.Place the steamed noodles flat on the dish.Cover and simmer over high heat for 2 minutes, then switch to medium heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

9. Sprinkle the soup in the bowl evenly over the noodles, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

10. When you smell the strong fragrance, you can turn off the heat and lift the lid.Mix the vegetables and noodles and you're done.
Tips
It's not easy to control how much water you put in when you first learn how to make it.Try to add as much water as possible.If it's too dry, it won't taste good.The lid of the pot must be tightly closed during the stew, so that the taste will be good enough.
