Bamboo shoots ( 30g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 ) |
Pickled pepper ( 20g ) | Doubanjiang ( 10g ) |
Onions ( 5 grams ) | Ginger ( 3 grams ) |
Garlic ( 3 grams ) | Light soy sauce ( 10 grams ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 5 grams ) | Vinegar ( 10 grams ) |
Chicken essence ( 1g ) | Chopped green onion ( Appropriate amount ) |

1. Cut Tamago Tofu into thick slices Absorb the water

2. Fry until the surface is golden and remove

3.Pour oil into the pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until white

4.Add pickled peppers and bean paste and fry until red oil

5.Add in diced bamboo shoots and mushrooms and stir-fry until soft

7. Pour a bowl of water, add tofu, 10g of light soy sauce, 5g of dark soy sauce, 10g of vinegar, 1g of chicken essence, stir well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

6.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
