Fresh noodles ( 500g ) | Lentils ( 500g ) |
Pork belly ( 100 Gram ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

Onion ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 10g ) |
How to make lentil braised noodles

1.Prepare fresh noodles

3.Cut the pork belly into small slices

4.Put the noodles into the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

5.Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and stir-fry the pork belly, add onion slices and ginger slices, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce.

Tips
The noodles don’t need to be steamed, but I think they taste better if steamed.
Be sure to use pork belly, so that the noodles will be more fragrant.
