Lentils ( 300g ) | Thin noodles ( 400g ) |
Tenderloin ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( 2 spoons ) |
Light soy sauce ( 3 grams ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
Starch ( 2 grams ) | Oil ( 20ml ) |
Traditional home-cooked noodles

1. Clean the beans.

2.Cut into thin strips.

3. Steam the noodles for ten minutes, pour cold water and tear off the knots.Drain.

4. Cut the tenderloin into shreds.

Tips
Add oil to the shredded meat to prevent it from sticking to the pan.The noodles are the thinnest kind and raw.
