How to make braised beans and noodles

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Dice onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper.

3.Break the beans into pieces.

4.Cut the cabbage into strips.

5.Hand-roll the noodles and cut them into wide-shaped noodles with pointed ends.(Don’t be too long)

6. Chop the tomatoes.

7. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot, add onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

8. Add beans and cabbage, stir-fry tomatoes evenly, add thirteen spices and chicken essence , light soy sauce and salt, a little dark soy sauce to adjust the color and stir-fry evenly.

9.Add a little stock and boiling water, no more than the green beans.

10.The noodles are spread fluffy on top of the beans.

11. Add the stir-fried pork, cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes.(After the steam comes up, change to low heat to simmer the noodles)
