2.Clean the beans and break them into 5cm pieces,

3. Soak the beans in water for 5 minutes.Reserve

4.Let the dough wake up and knead it evenly,

5.Make it

6.Roll it out to the thickness you need and cut it in the middle

8.Cut the width you like and try to cut it as thinly as possible.(Personally, I think it tastes better when it’s thinner)

9.Shake evenly after cutting to prevent adhesion

10. Take out the shredded green onion, pepper segments and ginger slices and set aside

13. Add the beans and stir-fry, add salt, thirteen spices, season with appropriate amount of soy sauce to adjust the color

14.Then add an appropriate amount of boiling water, not more than the flat beans
15. Spread the cut noodles evenly on the beans, turn to low heat, cover and simmer
16. Check the amount of water in time to prevent sticking to the pan.Add water twice, a small amount each time, until the beans and noodles are cooked..Then use chopsticks to mix well and it is ready to use.

11. Remove the beans and control the water, put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and cook more than usual

12.Add shredded green onion, pepper segments and ginger slices and stir until fragrant
