Ingredients
Eggplant ( appropriate amount ) | One head of garlic ( 8 pieces ) |
Cilantro ( 4 pieces ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make garlic eggplant

1. Steam the eggplant in a steamer (it is cooked if chopsticks can be inserted through it)

2.Crush garlic into puree, wash and mince coriander

3.Put the minced garlic, minced coriander and salt into a bowl without oil and stir evenly

4. Let the eggplant cool and make a cut in the middle

5. Fill the garlic paste , put into a container without oil, seal and refrigerate.
Tips
There is so much difference in taste between adding coriander and not adding coriander
