How to make steamed buns

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Mix all the ingredients together and stir well.

3.Use hot water to knead the cornmeal into a dough.Be sure to add water little by little.

4. Knead into long strips and cut into pieces.

5. Roll each piece into a small ball.

6. Gently turn the left hand in a circle, and press the right index finger underneath to make a dimple; it will cause scum to fall off.Just pinch it gently and it will fall apart if you use force.

7.Knead the finished product and steam it in boiling water for 25 minutes.

8.Steamed finished product.
Tips
I don’t use all the cornmeal because I’m afraid it will be too astringent and leave residue.You can also adjust the amount of white sugar according to your own taste.
