Corn flour ( 500 grams ) | White flour ( half a cup span> ) |

How to make Wo Wo Tou (Yi Ku Si Sweet Rice)

1.Corn flour, about one pound

2.Divide into two parts

3. Boil one part with warm water and the other part with boiling water and mix them together

4.Knead into a piece

5.Add sugar and knead until it wakes up for about twenty minutes

6.Pinch well

7.Pour cold water into the pot and arrange it

8.Bring to a boil over high heat, turn off the heat about fifteen minutes after boiling, and simmer for two minutes
