Red pepper ( one ) | Garlic ( 5 cloves ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Onion ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried potatoes with mushrooms

1. Peel and cut potatoes Silk, wash and soak in water

2.Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems and slice them

3.Shred the red pepper, remove and mince the garlic

4.Put the shredded potatoes into the water and blanch them, take them out and soak them in cold water
5.Drain the water and put it into a plate
