How to make crab risotto

1.Wash the crabs.

2.Remove the gills and esophagus of the crab and cut into small pieces.Add salt, white wine and ginger and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Prepare cold rice.

4. Wash the vegetables and cut into small dices.

5.Put onion in the pot and heat the oil.

6. Rinse the crabs and pour them into the pot and stir-fry.

7.Add salt, oyster sauce and black pepper.
