Pho ( 300g ) | Lettuce ( Half root ) |
Beef ( 150g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

Cooking wine ( one spoon ) | Sweet potato powder ( one spoon ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( Adequate amount ) | Onion ( Two roots ) |
How to make fried rice noodles with beef and lettuce

1.Wash the beef and shred it.

2. Add light soy sauce, salt and cooking wine, and mix well with sweet potato flour.

3. Cut the lettuce into shreds and prepare chopped green onion and red pepper.

4. Prepare the rice noodles to be poured into the water.

5. Heat oil in the pot, add beef and stir-fry quickly.

6. Add the lettuce shreds and stir-fry until raw.

7. Add the rice noodles and stir-fry together.

8. Pour in light soy sauce, add red pepper and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt , chicken essence seasoning.

9.Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve.
Tips
The oil used to stir-fry rice noodles is a bit more than the oil you usually use for stir-frying, so that it won't be too dry.
