Okra ( 4 roots ) | Duck eggs ( 3 ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Curry powder ( A little ) |
How to make vegetarian fried rice noodles

1.Wash the green papaya and carrots, grate them and put them on a plate for later use~ p>

2. Wash and soak the fungus until soft ~ cut into shreds ~ put on a plate and set aside ~

3.Crack the duck eggs into a bowl ~ mix well ~ set aside ~

4.Wash the okra and cut it into cubes.Put it on a plate and set aside~

5. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the stirred duck eggs, wait until the duck eggs are formed, and break them into pieces with a spatula.

7. Add in carrot shreds and green papaya shreds and stir-fry together until the green papaya shreds are cooked.Color~add some salt~soy sauce~

8.Add the rice noodles again and follow the pot with chopsticks Spoon the rice noodles and other ingredients and mix evenly~

9.Finally add okra and then Stir fry for a while and it’s ready~

10.This is the curry powder I use~ Bought in Mauritius ~ It must be fried in oil before the aroma comes out ~

Tips
