Ingredients
Tofu (1 catty) | Small green onions ( 2 roots ) |
Salt ( 2 spoons ) | Oil ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Cumin powder ( 2 spoons ) |
Chili powder ( 1 spoon ) |
Grilled tofu: a quick and easy way to make plant-based meat for lazy people

1. Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the green onions and set aside.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush with two layers of oil.

3. Place the tofu cubes on a baking sheet and brush with a layer of oil , light soy sauce, sprinkle with chili powder and cumin.

4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then take it out.

5.Turn over, brush with oil, light soy sauce, and sprinkle with cumin , chili powder garnished with chopped green onion, bake for 5 minutes.
