Ingredients
Kale ( 400g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry kale with garlic

1.Wash the kale, put it into a pot of boiling water, and add a little oil and salt.

2. Blanch for about 1 minute.

3. Remove and drain.

5.Add kale and stir-fry for a while.

Tips
