How to make rice noodles with batter

1.Mix the flour into a dough~

2.Place a bowl Pour water into the dough and rub it vigorously to get a milky white batter~

3. Wash it out Strain the batter into another basin~

4.Put in water and continue washing.Wash well Then export the batter~

5. Wash the dough repeatedly until the water comes out and only gluten remains , the water used for washing later is too thin, I usually don’t throw it away directly, I just want to wash the gluten~
