How to make homemade Lantern Festival

1.Pour the glutinous rice flour into the basin.Gradually add water (a small amount!) and knead the glutinous rice flour into a ball little by little.This step requires the most patience.If you knead it and it is very sticky like this⬇️, it means you have added too much water.Add more flour and continue kneading.

2.Continue to knead into a smooth dough ~ and then pull out small rounds of dough ~ p>

3.The noodles are very soft and can be shaped into small cakes with your hands.Note~ Don’t pinch the center too hard, make sure it’s a little thicker in the middle (to prevent it from being cooked)

4.Also For the stuffing, we used the halva that we didn’t eat during the New Year at home (it’s too sweet and usually can’t be eaten at home), wrapped a few walnuts, crushed them, and added black sesame seeds and it was ok.Then steam it for ten minutes, take it out and set aside

5.Wrap it in leather like a bun stuffing, and then gently roll it into a ball
