How to fry Yuanxiao

1.Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour

2. Pour a little water

3.Knead into glutinous rice balls

4.Divide into small groups of moderate size

5.Dig a small hole in the middle, add the prepared sugar and sesame filling and continue kneading into a ball

6.Put into the oil pan and fry until golden brown and cooked through
