How to make scallop and quinoa porridge

1.Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak the quinoa for 20 minutes in advance.

3. Wash the rice thoroughly.

4.Put rice and quinoa into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and cook porridge key and simmer for half an hour.

5.Soak the scallops in water for 20 minutes.

6. Cut the green onion leaves into chopped green onions and set aside.

7.Soak the scallops and tear them into thin shreds by hand.
