Ingredients
Beans ( 150g ) | Eggplant ( 2 pieces ) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Millet Spicy ( Moderate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( half spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Sugar ( half a spoon ) | Cornstarch ( 1 spoon ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make beans and eggplant
1.Cut the eggplant into strips and marinate it with half a spoonful of salt

2. Prepare the sauce: one spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon each of salt and sugar, one spoon of cornstarch, appropriate amount of water, stir well.

3. Squeeze the water out of the eggplant and squeeze it dry.

4. Stir-fry the green beans into the shape of tiger skin.Dish out and set aside.

5. Stir-fry the eggplant until soft.

6.Add appropriate amount of minced garlic and millet.

7.Add the beans too.

8. Pour in the sauce.
