Ingredients
Bean sprouts ( 50g ) | Cabbage leaves ( 2 ) |
Carrot ( Half root ) | Bean skin ( 20 grams ) |
Shredded pork ( 20 grams ) | |
Ground coriander ( a little ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oyster sauce ( a little ) | Chili oil ( a little ) |
Minced green onion ( a little ) | Light soy sauce ( a little ) |
Corn oil ( a little ) | Aged vinegar ( a little ) |
How to make cabbage, bean sprouts and bean skin mixed with carrots

1. Soak the tofu skin in water until soft, and wash the remaining ingredients.Clean, shred cabbage and carrots and set aside.

2. Boil water in a wok, blanch carrot shreds, and remove from the cold water.

3. Boil water to blanch the bean sprouts and remove from the supercooled water.

4. Blanch the tofu skin until cooked.

5.Cut the green onions into shredded pork.

6. Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat until it is 50% hot, add the minced green onions.Saute.

7. Add shredded pork and stir-fry.

8.Add oyster sauce to taste and turn off the heat.

9. Place the blanched ingredients on the plate.

10. Put shredded pork, minced coriander, minced garlic, chili oil, and salt , vinegar seasoning.

11. Stir evenly and serve.
Tips
When blanching bean sprouts and carrots, remove the cold water when the ingredients are crisp and tender.Add chili oil and vinegar in appropriate amounts according to personal taste.
