Ingredients
Pak choi ( 400g ) | Shiitake mushrooms (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | White sugar ( A little ) |

How to stir-fry cabbage with mushrooms

1. Rinse the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water for about 2 hours, and squeeze out the water.

2. Heat the oil in the wok, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.

4.Put in the Chinese cabbage.

5. Stir-fry and press to allow the cabbage to heat evenly.

Tips
