How to make pig offal porridge

1.All Wash the ingredients well

2. Shred ginger, pork heart, pork liver, and lean meat slices and add 1 Mix 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of peanut oil and marinate for 10 minutes

3.Cut green onion into sections

4.Pour the white porridge into the pot and bring to a boil

5.Add in pork offal and cook for a few minutes
6.Sprinkle in green onions and cook for a few minutes
7.Finally add 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for 1 or two minutes
Tips
You don’t need to cover the pot when rolling this porridge, just cook it.Meat doesn’t have to be so much.Because I wanted to eat meat today, I put in more.
