How to make spinach and rice porridge

1. Prepare ingredients (amount of a bowl of porridge).

2.Put four bowls of water and washed rice into a pot and cook over medium heat.

3. Wash and cut spinach into sections and blanch in water.

4. Remove from cold water.

5. Dice the carrots and chop the blanched spinach.

Tips
1.Put carrots and spinach later, as adding them too early will taste bad
