Ingredients
Papaya ( 1/4 pieces ) | Glutinous rice ( 1/2 bowl ) |
Red dates ( 9 ) |
Papaya and red dates beauty porridge (menstrual conditioning)

1. Prepare 1/2 bowl of glutinous rice and 9 red dates.

2. Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly.

3.Clean the red dates.

4.Pour the glutinous rice and red dates into the rice cooker.

5.Add appropriate amount of water.

6. Cover the pot and turn on the cooking button.

7.Cook until rolling.

8. Set up two chopsticks to prevent overflow (rice cooker friends ignore this this step) and cook for about 10 minutes.

9. Cook the porridge and prepare the papaya, peel and remove the seeds.Actual dosage is 1/4.

10. Cut the papaya into dices and set aside.

11. Cook glutinous rice porridge until thick.

12. Pour in the papaya, simmer for another 3 minutes and serve.
