How to make shrimp and tofu soup

1. Wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp lines, and control the moisture.

2. Cut the shrimp into small cubes and put them in a crisper, then add salt Half a spoonful, a little black pepper, a spoonful of cooking wine, and a spoonful of starch, stir together evenly, and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.

4. Cook the corn in advance and set aside Some corn kernels, then blanched radish flowers and green bean kernels, control the moisture and set aside.

Tips
1.The shrimps must be fresh, preferably small.If they are large, cut them into small dices.
2.The corn kernels I choose are raw corns, which are peeled off after cooking.The carrots are washed in advance and cut into radish patterns.
3.There is no sea duck egg yolk, you can also use ordinary duck egg yolk.Adding minced ginger and garlic can remove the fishy smell and enhance the freshness.
4.Determine the amount of salt in this dish according to the saltiness of the duck egg yolk you choose.If the egg yolk is salty, add less salt for cooking.If the egg yolk is not salty, add more salt.It's up to you.
5.I only used half of the fried shrimps, and put the unused ones in the crisper for use in cooking next time.Also, what I cook is for the whole family to eat together in larger portions.
