How to make sea fish barbecued pork claypot rice

1. Prepare the ingredients for barbecued pork: a piece of lean meat.Stir barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, red fermented bean curd, and sugar, then refrigerate and marinate for 12-24 hours

2.Put the marinated lean meat into the oven for roasting,

3.Preheat the oven, put the lean pork in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.Follow the same steps for the front and back (the method of making barbecued pork is also available in my Xiangha recipe)

4.Cut the roasted barbecued pork into pieces and set aside

5. Fry an egg in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and set aside

6.Add small peppers and seasonings to cabbage and stir-fry until cooked.

7. Wash the rice, add boiling water, add the cut pieces of Mayu fish and cook over medium heat
