How to make carrot rolls

1. Wash the carrots and steam them in a pot.

2. Mash the steamed radish.(You can use a mixer) Add yeast and stir in flour.

3.The dough is mixed and fermented.(It takes longer when the weather gets cold)

4. After the dough is ready, place it on the chopping board and knead it.

5. Knead the dough into a dough and roll it out.

6.Put some oil on the dough and put the five pieces together.Use chopsticks to press in the middle, then roll up from the top.

7. After the roll is completed, disconnect it from the middle.

8.Put the prepared Hanaki into the steamer and start steaming.

9.It will be cooked in about fifteen minutes.

10. The carrot flower rolls are steamed, everyone come and try them.
