How to make mushroom and chicken rice noodles

1. Debone the chicken legs and cut into pieces, add 5g of starch, 1g of salt, 10g of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

2.Pour oil into the pot, add 1 star anise, 5g green onion, and 3g ginger Sauté

3.Add in the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color
