How to make tofu burgers

1. Mix together 20g of bread crumbs, 5g of starch, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of chicken powder, half a tsp of salt, half a tsp of pepper and a small amount of ginger powder.

2.After mincing the chicken, add tofu and the mixed powder from step 1.(Tofu does not need to be drained)
