Ingredients
Bitter melon ( 150g ) | Corn Bamboo shoots ( 100g ) |
Salt ( Half Spoon ) | Minced garlic ( 20g ) |
Chicken juice ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry bitter melon with corn shoots

1. First cut the bitter melon into thin slices, cut the corn shoots into small pieces, pat the garlic and chop into minced garlic for later use

2.Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and then add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

3.Pour in the corn shoots

4.Stir well

5.Pour in the bitter melon

6. Stir well quickly

7. Fry for about 2 minutes

8.Add salt

9.Add chicken juice

10. Stir well again

11.Finally put it on a plate
