Bitter melon ( 1 root ) | Tahini ( Half a bowl ) |
White sugar ( Appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make bitter melon donuts

1. Wash the bitter melon and cut into round slices.

2.Use a small spoon to scoop out the core and white melon pulp in the middle.

3. Blanch water for 1 minute, pour into a cold water basin to cool down and set aside.

4. Take out the prepared sugar and sesame paste.

5.Put in a small bowl to thicken, add appropriate amount of purified water to adjust.Don't thin it out.

6. Arrange the plate and put the prepared sweet sesame sauce in the middle.
Tips
Do not make the sesame paste thin, just use a spoon to lift it when it is thick and it will not flow.
