How to make spicy stir-fried carrot shreds

1. Wash the carrots and set aside.If you really can’t wash it clean, you can peel it.

2.Then cut into thin strips, or use a grater to grate into thin strips for later use.?

3. Prepare a homemade chopped chili.It’s green

4. Heat the oil in the pot, then add the shredded ginger and stir-fry fragrant.

5. Then add the carrot shreds and stir-fry until slightly soft, add a little water.

6. Cover the pot and simmer for about two minutes.Continue to stir-fry until carrots are tender.

7.Add chopped pepper and stir-fry for about a minute, then you can smell the spiciness..and the aroma of green chopped pepper.

Tips
