How to make soy sauce fried noodles

1. Boil the noodles in boiling water for three minutes and drain into cold water

2.Cut the onion and garlic into mince, adjust the soy sauce and add the chicken essence

3.Hot Fried eggs, I was hungry, so I fried two eggs, one fully cooked and one sunny-side up, it depends on your preference
