Rapeseed ( 300g ) | Tofu ( 200g ) |
Stock ( 1 small bowl ) | Onion and ginger ( a little ) |

Recipe of braised tofu with rapeseed

1. Prepare a bowl of soup stock, break off and wash the rapeseed leaves, cut the old tofu into cubes, and chop some green onions and ginger and set aside.

2.Hot a pan with cold oil and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant,

3.Pour in the rapeseed and stir-fry for 1 minute,
4.Then add tofu, 
5.Put in a small bowl of stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes (you can also use boiling water if you don’t have stock).

6.Put a little salt before serving,

7.Sprinkle a little pepper and stir well.

8. The tender and delicious green vegetables and tofu are out of the pot and on the plate.
Tips
1.Use small rapeseed as the green vegetables.It tastes soft, tender, smooth and has no gluten and cooks quickly.
2.Keep the pot on high throughout the entire process, do not cover the pot, and cook within 5 minutes, otherwise it will affect the color of the vegetables and the taste of the tofu.
