How to make Yangzhou egg fried rice

1. Rice is cooked in a rice cooker.

2. Boil corn kernels and green beans with water, drain and set aside.

3. Cut the ham into cubes and set aside.

4.Add salt and milk to eggs and beat evenly.

5. Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and pour in the eggs.

6. Fry over high heat until the eggs are formed and taken out.

Tips
