Ingredients
Rice noodles ( appropriate amount ) | Carrot ( small half root ) |
Purple cabbage ( one piece ) | Jiu Ya Lettuce ( Adequate amount ) |
Garlic ( Two cloves ) | Soybean paste ( a spoonful ) |
Peanut oil (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( a little span> ) |
How to make mixed vegetable powder

1.Soak rice noodles overnight

2.Pour into the pot and cook, drain and set aside

3. Prepare mixed vegetables for later use

4.Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

5.Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce, bring to a boil

6. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until cooked

7.Pour in the powder and mix well

8. Take it out of the pot and serve in a bowl.
Tips
You can replace the miscellaneous vegetables with other vegetables you like; personally, I think Jiuya lettuce is better served cold.Cooked Jiuya lettuce will be a bit chewy and not as crisp as cold salad.
