How to make oil-consuming mushrooms

1.Wash and slice fresh shiitake mushrooms

2. Chop the garlic and carrots and set aside

3.Put some sugar in the water to remove the green and astringent taste of the mushrooms

4.After the water boils, add the chopped mushrooms, blanch them for 1 minute, remove them and set aside

5.1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oil, 3 spoons of water, and half a spoon of starch to make juice
