Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 400g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 500g ) |
Flour ( 30g ) | White sugar ( 3 spoons ) |
Wolfberry ( 4 ) |
How to make steamed pumpkin cake

1.Peel the pumpkin

2. Wash and cut the pumpkin into sections Place the steamer to steam until cooked

3.Use chopsticks to stir into a paste

4.Add glutinous rice flour, flour and white sugar to pumpkin puree without adding water

5.Knead into dough

6.Knead the dough into a long strip

7.Divided into four small ones

8.Use a toothpick to press into a pumpkin shape

9.Put in a wolfberry and use it as a pumpkin

10.Put it in a steamer to steam for half an hour
