Chinese cabbage ( 1 small plant ) | Dried chili peppers ( 3 ) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make spicy and sour cabbage

1.Break and wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into small pieces and set aside

2. Chop dry chilies, peel and chop garlic and set aside

3.Put in hot oil and sauté until fragrant

4.Add in the cabbage and stir-fry until cooked through

5.Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well to taste

6.Pour in the balsamic vinegar and stir-fry evenly

7. Remove from pot and plate

8. Serve and eat immediately
