How to make Zhixiang tofu

1.Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water until soft
2.Prepare green beans and shredded carrots

3. Tofu rinse Once, cut into thick slices

4. Chop the remaining scraps and chop the mushrooms and set aside

5.Add sesame paste and light soy sauce to the cooked sesame seeds, and mix well to form a soft dough

6.Take a piece of tofu and spread a layer of sesame seeds

7.Put another layer of tofu, stack about 4 pieces one after another, put it into a pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes
